HELPFUL TIPS
The more words you expose your child to, the more words he will learn. Remember to speak in a low tone voice when talking with your child. Here are other things you can consider for your child's language development:
+ read to your toddler
+ sing songs
+ recite nursery rhymes
+ use story or song tapes or CDs in the car
+ when your child is "talking," show that you are listening by smiling and looking at him; leave spaces after what you say to give him a chance to reply, even if he doesn't have the necessary words to do so. This is how little ones learn about the conversation.
+ point to and name body parts - "Where is your mouth?"

※とくにこの手の下に関する表現は毎日使うにも関わらず、日本の英語教科書には皆無です。外国でトイレに行きたい時に何て言ったら良いのか教えて貰わなければ毎日たいへんです。
家のトイレは bathroom 家以外のトイレは restroom でだいたい通じます。（その他いろいろな表現もあります）日本で言う toilet はアメリカでは便器そのものの事ですので、お間違いなく。
